Remembering the Chairmen
of the Trinidad & Tobago Racing Authority

       The Trinidad and Tobago Racing Authority took over the reins for the regulation and control of the horse racing industry in Trinidad and Tobago, by decree of the Parliament in August 1976, almost 35 years ago.      

        As we enter a new millennium and with promises of exciting prospects for horse racing, it is fitting that the former Chairmen of the Authority, who have been instrumental in maintaining the discipline and integrity of the industry, be recognised for their sterling contributions to the ''Sport of Kings.''
